This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on https://sereneasia.com, operated by SERENE (Sweatsparks Limited). We are committed to providing safe, timely, and reliable delivery services to all customers.
1. Delivery Regions
We currently ship to the following regions:

Malaysia and Singapore (for selected products)

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

A shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking information will be sent once the order is dispatched.
3. Local Shipping (Hong Kong)

Orders are delivered via SF Express.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Default delivery to smart lockers or commercial addresses. Please leave a note at checkout if residential delivery or special arrangements are needed.
4. International Shipping (Taiwan / Macao / Southeast Asia)

International orders are shipped via SF Express, Hongkong Post, or other reliable logistics providers.

Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days, depending on customs clearance in your region.

Customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees required by the destination country.
5. Shipping Fees

Free shipping within Hong Kong on orders over HK$400. For orders below that amount, shipping starts at HK$30. For details, refer to the SF Express website: https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/en/

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and product weight.
6. Failed Deliveries & Reshipment
If a package is returned to us due to the following reasons:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Failure to collect within the designated time

Customer refusal
We will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges will apply. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, the original shipping fee and handling costs will not be refunded.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your order is seriously damaged or lost, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@sereneasia.com with clear photos and a description. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
